Snow Cones

Snow cones are probably the most common icy treat drizzled with sweet flavoring. The ice is usually crunchy and much of the syrup settles on the bottom of the snow cone cup - making the last few bites the most flavorful! Snow cones are made by crushing ordinary ice cubes from your freezer.

Shaved Ice

Shaved ice is often sold at roadside stands and mobile units. It's a fine and fluffy ice - mimicking real snow. It has many names - Shaved Ice, Shave Ice, SnoBalls, Shavers and (most commonly) Hawaiian Shaved Ice. With the fluffy texture of ice, the yummy syrup is poured on top. The snow holds the syrup throughout the cup of ice - making each bite delicious! The snow is typically shaved from a block of ice. The flat shaving surface allows for a fluffier texture that melts quickly in the mouth.

Each syrup flavor includes nutrition information on the label. While the main ingredients are consistent throughout each batch of syrup, there are slight differences in each one to adjust the flavor. We are developing great resource for identifying specific ingredients, possible allergens and other helpful information. This information will be available soon. In the meantime, please give us a call for nutrition information.

Each bottle of syrup is printed with a "Use By" date. We ensure the quality and taste will be nothing less than perfect until that date. Upon delivery to your door, you can expect a minimum of 1 year remaining on the shelf life, if not more.

No. The syrup does not need refrigeration, however, you may refrigerate if you prefer. We suggest storing the syrup in a cool and dark place.

This number depends on the size of the serving. We recommend approximately 1 ounce of syrup per 2-3 ounces of shaved ice. Keep in mind, pints are 16 ounces, quarts are 32 ounces and gallons are 128 ounces.

No. Our syrup is not Kosher Certified.

Shipping is free over $40 to most locations.

Unfortunately, we get this question a lot. Depending on the items ordered and the shipping location, expedited shipping costs can get expensive. We charge FedEx rates and never inflate the prices. The syrups tend to get heavy and take up a lot of space in boxes. Please know that we always strive to keep shipping costs low along with the prices of our products.

If your order is received before 2:00 pm Eastern Time, it typically ships the same business day. Any orders after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day. Transit times are based on the distance from our warehouse to the shipping address. Every item we sell ships from our facility in North Carolina. UPS Ground may take 1-6 business days. You may always choose an alternate shipping method if you need expedited shipping. We offer 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air service. A tracking number is sent via email for you to track your package(s).

HawaiianShavedIce.com will gladly accept returns according to the return policy below.

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Care as soon as you receive your shipment. We will conduct an investigation with UPS and reship your damaged item(s).

All products may be returned within 30 Days. The Customer must obtain a return authorization number or provide a copy of the original invoice with the return. The Customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs. Items returned after 30 calendar days from the date of purchase will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Returned orders valued over $150.00 will incur a 20% restocking fee. When the return has been received, the Customer will be refunded the original purchase price and applicable sales tax, less shipping and applicable restocking costs.

You may cancel your order, however, we recommend doing so quickly. We don't waste anytime packaging your order and sending it to you. If your order has already been scanned into the UPS system, you can easily follow our return policy upon arrival to the destination.
