Great product. My daughter loves making snowcones. She was devastated when it stopped shaving the ice. Contacted customer service and they replaced it. My daughter will be happy that she can have snowcones again.

Exceptional vendor. Machine performs exactly as advertised and desired. Found myself back on the North Shore of Oahu the day it arrived (without the airfare or scenery but definitely the texture and flavor). Take the time to review the package deals. I was a little too quick and had to go back in to order additional supplies that would have been included in the package for one shipping charge.

I am glad I took the chance and sent for the ice shaver. The order was sent out and I got it in 2 days. Easy to assemble. Uses very little ice to make a whole cup. I bought medium plastic cups to use. No messes and can be taken apart just by lifting up to clean it. The noise sounds a little louder than a blender. Makes great cold drinks for kids and adult drinks. Makes fine powder shaved ice, with no chunks. No way children can hurt themselves because locking it makes it start and turn off.
I did order extra blades when I ordered mine. Very good deal for the money. Others cost a lot more.
