HawaiianShavedIce.com offers a satisfaction guarantee of 30 days from the date of purchase. In essence, if you are unsatisfied with any of our products return them within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Returned orders valued over $150.00 will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Food products including, our line of premium flavored syrups cannot be returned under any circumstances due to FDA guidelines even if they are unused.

Returns on professional shaved ice and snow cone machines will only be accepted when the machine is returned in its original packaging, in mint condition, unused, and unopened. We do not accept returns on professional shaved ice and snow cone machines that have been used, tested, opened, or are in unsellable condition cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Maybe you changed your mind and wanted the Electric Home Shaver instead of a Manual Home Shaver. Whatever the reason, carefully repack the products in the packaging they came in and return them to:
