Ingredients

5 oz. of Hawaiian Shaved Ice® Pina Colada Flavored Syrup

16 oz. of Shaved Ice

2 oz. of Rum

*Optional - pureed pineapple or pineapple chunks

Instructions

Shave the Ice:

  • Start by shaving about 8 ounces of ice into a fun glass or cup.

First Layer:

  • Top the fluffy shaved ice with a generous serving of rum.

Pina Coada Syrup:

  • Pour about 3 ounces of Pina Colada Hawaiian Shaved Ice®  syrup over the rum-infused shaved ice.

Second Shave:

  • Shave another 8 ounces of ice to top off your cocktail.
  • Shape the ice using a dome shaper, gloved hand, or a ladle for a visually appealing presentation.

Syrup and Pineapple:

  • Pour the remaining Pina Colada Hawaiian Shaved Ice® syrup over the unflavored ice.
  • Finish by adding a layer of pureed pineapple or pineapple chunks for an extra burst of flavor.

Garnish and Enjoy:
