In the next installment of our syrup spotlight, we take a closer look at number 30 in our top 30 most popular syrup flavors: LIME! Whether you’re looking to try something new or just looking for a popular, refreshing flavor, consider lime for your next snow cone or shaved ice cup.

Lime
What is lime?
Lime is a round green citrus fruit grown year-round, and it is an excellent source of Vitamin C. Some popular species of limes include key lime, kaffir lime, and desert lime. The top three countries that produce limes are India, Mexico, and China.

Limes have so many uses. Lime pickles are popular in Indian cuisine. Lime juice and zest adds great citrus flavor when cooking. Essential oils made from limes are used in perfumes and aromatherapy.

Our Lime Shaved Ice and Snow Cone Syrup
When you want a tangy, refreshing flavor to wake up your taste buds, try our lime shaved ice and snow cone syrup. Our lime syrup has a fun bright green color and a robust, fresh-squeeze lime flavor.

Our lime syrup is great on its own or paired with other citrus flavors (like lemon, for a lemon-lime treat). You can also use lime syrup in some of our favorite recipes like a salty frog or adult shaved ice daiquiris.

We sell our lime shaved ice and snow cone syrup in a variety of sizes including quart and gallon.
