Quick Pour Shaved Ice Recipes for July 4th

Everyone’s busy planning how they’ll spend July 4th -- watching parades, barbeques, and a fireworks show. When planning your Independence Day celebrations, don’t forget that snow cones and shaved ice treats are always a hit with friends and family, young and old. To help you plan for your Fourth of July festivities, we’ve re-invented some of our favorite “All American” treats as the snow cone and shaved ice recipes to celebrate the USA! No baking is needed for these quick pour treats!

• Caramel Apple - Green Apple flavored syrup poured over shaved ice and drizzled with caramel sauce
• Cherry Cobbler - Pour 1/2 Cherry & 1/2 Egg Custard flavored syrups over shaved ice and top with cream*
• Blueberry Cobbler - Pour 1/2 a href="/blueberry-shaved-ice-snow-cone-syrup-quart.html">Blueberry & 1/2 Vanilla flavored syrups over shaved ice and top with cream*
• Star-Spangled Shaver - A traditional red, white, and blue shaved ice and snow cone recipe
• Make Your Own Flavored Lemonade - Add a touch of Strawberry, Raspberry, Peach, or Pineapple flavored syrups to a pitcher of lemonade and share with the entire family.

*Cream Recipe - Use condensed milk, or dilute condensed milk with evaporated milk to make your cream topping last longer (more servings). You can use the ratio of two cans of evaporated milk to one can of sweetened condensed milk.
