Instructions

 

Prepare and Divide the Shaved Ice:

  • Shave approximately 16 oz. of ice and equally distribute the ice into 3 separate bowls.

Color the Ice

  • Pour your red flavored syrup over the shaved ice in one of the bowls. Use a spoon to mix thoroughly until all the ice is evenly colored.
  • Repeat this step in the remaining 2 bowls using your clear and blue syrups.

Layer the Ice

  • Layer the ice, starting with the blue shaved ice.
  • Add the clear shaved ice on top of the blue layer.
  • Finish with the red shaved ice on top of the clear layer, smoothing out the top.

Garnish

  • Garnish with a festive popsicle, sprinkles, or fruit

Serve

  • Serve immediately!
