Fall is in the air! Whether you’re looking for a fun after-school snack, a unique tailgating beverage, or a festive Halloween treat - we’ve got you covered! Enjoy your favorite fall flavors and try these 3 recipes using Hawaiian Shaved Ice syrups.

APPLE PIE SHAVED ICE SUNDAE
A shaved ice sundae using our Green Apple flavored syrup, with toppings like a delicious drizzle of caramel and a sugar rim using Cotton Candy Express floss sugar.

Apple Pie Shaved Ice Sundae

Ingredients Instructions
Start by shaving half of your ice into your desired serving dish and topping it with two ounces of Green Apple syrup. Because this recipe is layered, we recommend using a tall clear glass or mason jar. Scoop one dip of vanilla ice cream on top of your first layer of ice. Shave another layer of ice directly onto your vanilla ice cream and top with syrup, creating a dome shape on top. Drizzle them with evaporated milk and caramel syrup, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Optional: Before starting, use lemon juice to make a sugar rim of green apple floss sugar. When layering, feel free to make it your own and layer the toppings after the first layer of shaved ice too.

WITCH'S BREW
A spooky sparkling drink to spice up your Halloween featuring our Blackberry flavored syrup, and add-ins like gummy candy and a ‘spiderweb’ of Cotton Candy Express floss sugar.

Witch's Brew Drink Recipe

Ingredients Instructions
In a glass, combine Lemon Lime Soda and Blackberry Flavored Syrup, ensuring you leave room for toppings. If increasing the recipe size, we recommend 1 ounce of syrup per 8 ounces of soda. Then, add in your toppings of choice including Halloween Gummy Candies, Fresh Blackberries, and a Cotton Candy ‘Spiderweb’.

Candy Corn Concoction Recipe

CANDY CORN CONCOCTION
A festive concoction made to look like a Halloween favorite featuring some of our favorite flavored syrups: Banana, Dreamsycle, and Pina Colada.

Ingredients Instructions
Layer shaved ice (first Banana, then Dreamsycle, then Pina Colada flavored syrups) to look like a piece of candy corn. Top with whipped cream, and bonus to rim glass with banana, orange or pina colada floss sugar.
