Start by shaving half of your ice into your desired serving dish and topping with two ounces of Green Apple syrup. Because this recipe is layered, we recommend using a tall clear glass or mason jar. Scoop one dip of vanilla ice cream on top of your first layer of ice. Shave another layer of ice directly onto your vanilla ice cream and top with syrup, creating a dome shape on top. Drizzle them with evaporated milk and caramel syrup, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
*Optional: Before starting, use lemon juice to make a sugar rim of green apple floss sugar. When layering, feel free to make it your own and layer the toppings after the first layer of shaved ice too.
