Strawberry Cheesecake Compote (optional)

Dice up 6-8 strawberries and place them in a saucepan on medium heat. To the saucepan add approximately 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of Strawberry Cheesecake syrup. Stir occasionally and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, reduce heat until sauce thickens (approximately 10-15 minutes). Set aside to cool.

Shaved Ice

Slice 1 strawberry lengthwise and set aside. Shave 8 oz. of shaved ice into a dessert bowl. Drizzle 2 oz. of Strawberry Cheesecake syrup over the ice and stir to combine. Spoon the strawberry cheesecake sauce over the top of the shaved ice and then top with whipped cream. Crush 1 graham cracker and then sprinkle the crumbs on the whipped cream. Garnish your treat with a strawberry slice and enjoy!
